Love the quality and the look

This was comparatively and an inexpensive rain shower. However it operates and looks as if it’s the top of the line product. We love that the main showerhead and wand can work separately but also simultaneously. My only complaint is that some parts are made out of plastic. Therefore the wand is heavier than it’s housing and sometimes falls forward due to this. The suction cup provided does not have much stay in power. Therefore we ended up using caulking to hold the inferior aspect of the pipe in place. These are minor issues and I would purchase this product again. My husband was able to install it within 1 to 2 hours. Hope you enjoy it too!

Returned since my 45 degree shower arm was jammed. The STRAIGHT shower arm needed is included in the box-if you can get your current arm off (typically 45 degree shower arm in most standard build or rentals). I did not want to risk damaging inner female connection/pipe or calling/paying a plumber in a rental unit. Bummed 🙁

I was really excited for this shower setup. We moved into an older home that had great water pressure, but the fixtures were a bit dated.,The installation on this was easy and it includes everything you need (except a wrench, I think). It looks great and feels sturdy.,The only issue I have is that the water pressure is absolutely terrible. The neck has 4 tiny holes, maybe 2mm in diameter for the water to go through. As a result, there’s really not enough water to pressurize the hand sprayer or the rainfall head, much less both. The way the neck is constructed, it also looks like it would be quite difficult to modify it to get the proper flow.,Ultimately I’m pretty disappointed and will probably be returning it.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the handheld piece had an “off” function – we wash our dog in this shower and having an “off” in the handheld would be nice…(yes, the handheld can always be replaced if it becomes a huge annoyance). Great water pressure from both the rain-head and the handheld and I love the way it looks, very spa-like! Installed by a handy friend of ours who commented that it was a pretty simple job.

My hubby found installation tough, so I hired a plumber to install it. The plumber asked for a link so he could buy one for his Dad. If that’s not high praise, I don’t know what is. Love the rainfall and it also has a mirror, if you need to see what you’re doing.

I’m having to return this because our shower door hits the rain shower head and I’m really kinda upset about it. The whole unit is really well built. Metal braided hose and all metal components. It looked really sharp in our new shower. I’m very bummed it wont work because of our shower door but just installing it told me this unit is quality. Everything you need to install it in in the box and all of the components are really well packed and packaged. I’m seriously bummed I cant use it 🙁

The install was straight forward but the directions take some time to make sense of. It fits well and looks nice. It was missing some O rings which made for some very frustrating installation and having install it and disassemble it to figure out where the leaks were. We will see how it lasts. First impression are decent though

Absolutely love this shower head system. It is definitely not brushed nickel satin finish. I actually ended up liking the chrome. In the shower it is so indulgent! We have pretty low pressure coming into our house but this shower head still performs well even with both heads on. You don’t want to get out. Before we had a smaller wanna-be rain shower head that came out of a gooseneck pipe it had a smaller diameter and the handheld spray was nothing to write home about. Quick turn of the pipe wrench and replacement extension that came with this unit worked perfectly. Installed in under an hour start to finish. I have zero plumbing expertise. Righty righty lefty loose is about the extent, and that’s all I needed. The ease of install was great! My husband just stood back and let me take the reigns on it. BOOM! Total shower makeover under a $100! ZERO REGRETS!

Product is Beautiful and very easy to install. Directions are good and includes 3 different mountain options. Was able to install this in 15 minutes from start to finish. Even came with two different depth options for shower head coupling to the wall pipe. Just well thought out with end user in mind. Liked product so much I have now purchased 3 of them.,Had to add to this review. I have now purchased 8 of these. I put these in our bed and breakfast villas and our guest starting raving on line about the showers. So I wanted to know wha it was all about so purchased 4 for my home. Well now I get what they are talking about. I’ve purchased a lot and believe this is the best product I have ever purchased on Sarlai!
