Ordered one for master bathroom remodel. While waiting on the remodel ordered a second for another bathroom to make sure we liked it for the remodel. After installing in the other bathroom, very happy with the product and will most definitely use on the master remodel. Now going back to order a third for remaining bathroom. Other bonus, delivery was very fast.

Almost great, but not quite there…,I wish I could give this 5 stars! I really do. I had such high expectations for it. Overall it looks great and functions amazing, with 1 exception.,For an under $100 dual shower head there will, of course, be limitations. The rain head doesn’t swivel, the wand has limited jet settings, etc. But this is all expected from an affordable product. However despite the expected limitations it excels in look and function. Except for 1 glaring thing.,The lowered water pressure is just… Well to be honest it’s just not good! I’m not sure if most people are not used to having good water pressure, or if mine has a defect. But it significantly lowered my water pressure to an almost unacceptable level. To be fair I do prefer a very high pressure. So maybe I’m being unfair in my critique. But I like what I like! And this just doesn’t do it for me. But also in the spirit of fairness, it was not a small drop in pressure. Even my wife dislikes it. I have had it for 14 months and am now shopping for a replacement.,At least I’ll be able to sell this one to someone who doesn’t care about water pressure.

My needs were different. I did not want to use the handheld sprayer. I don’t have much room and I was trying to minimize the clutter in my shower. But I really loved the look of this shower head and how tall it was.! I also had just tiled and I was scared to unscrew the pipe coming out of the wall. I Simply modified the installation to make it work for me. I bought 2 plumbing elbows for $8 and made this work in about 10 minutes. Just offering this up as an alternative to those who maybe can’t use it entirely.,Now for the review. This is the most amazing showerhead I have ever used! It comes from straight above and its tall! It has sooo much more water pressure than my previous one. I don’t like water in my face so I wasn’t entirely sure a rainfall showerhead was the best choice. But it is! I can stand just at the edge so my face isn’t getting wet but my body and hair are. I seriously couldn’t love this more and I can’t wait to take a shower everyday!!

I got for master bath but the pole was to long with where control valve was . So now installed in guest bathroom. I was told it’s very nice but would like a little better water pressure. I forgot I contacted the company because it was missing the plate that goes against the wall to cover pipe. I was told they would send out. To this day I have not received it. I would like to update I finally got the part.

Got this as a gift for my husband who had been dying for a rain shower head, but we couldn’t install a classic one in the ceiling. Loved that the installation was so easy and didn’t involve any drilling. Most of all I love that the handheld attachment has such great water pressure as I have long hair. Wonderful buy and it looks very expensive

My husband installed it in about an hour and our grout is right in the middle of the attached areas so he added some double-sided tape. I’m sure it would work fine on a whole piece of flat tile or wall. We had company there so all 3 loved the new shower features and the ease of flipping it to the sprayer. Looks nice and we will purchase another one when we redo the other bathroom.

Arrived very well packed and all parts made the shipment. Great product and not plastic. Excellent rain shower which diverts easily with a turn of the handle on the faucet neck. Spray head and rain shower have excellent water flow (many others that I have installed are half the water flow of this product). The bottom of this fixture appropriately affixes with suction to the tile wall. In the picture, it looks like you would have to drill into the tile wall and make appropriate fittings to install this fixture; you don’t drill any additional holes. The original shower fitting at the top of the shower stall is the main install fitting and this product arrived with all the appropriate parts to make connections on my shower. These shower heads do not spray in union; you have to use either the rain shower or sprayer. Easy to switch from shower to sprayer. GOOD BUY FOR SURE.

Absolutely loving it. The rainfall works and feels great. The functionality of being able to run both the rainfall and the handwand is great but you do lose water pressure of course. My only headache with the install was the instructions didn’t clearly list any measurements of how far the adapter should hang out of the wall to decide if you need to use the extension or not. It only stated if the water pipe was recessed into the wall then use the extension. So I used the extension but apparently mine was just passed that mark not needing the extension that when I installed all this the bar would not seat completely against the wall. So I took out the extension and it now looks and works beautifully.

I want to say this is ok for how I am using it. Needed to replace an old shower head in 1920’s downstairs bathroom (last shower head redo was probably 1970) with one that has a handheld shower nozzle. I often bathe the dogs in this (still 1920 vintage) tub, and needed a rinse off option. It seems to work quite well, but the pressure is not great. I wonder if this is a problem a plumber could solve or if this particular item just not a high pressure item. When my daughter comes home, I will get her to shower in this bathroom and get her opinion on how this works.

The shower arm and waterfall head are metal and very nice but everything else is plastic and not very strong. Especially on top of the long vertical pipe at the T, it connects to the threaded brass dog ear from existing plumbing using plastic parts. If any serious weight was put on it everything would snap! If you don’t touch it it will be reasonably strong!!
