I got the 12″ square model and it was so big that I needed to buy a shower arm extension just to connect it to my water. Because it weighs more than three pounds, it was a bit challenging to get the shower extension to hold up the shower head, but eventually I made it work. Installation otherwise was not difficult; make sure you install the water modulator or you will get a flow that is way too strong.,The shower feels nice but I’m not confusing the flow for real rainfall anytime soon. I’ll update if I notice a big increase in my water bill.

Really like the idea of a large rain head, but the 192 nozzles give you a deep thorough SOFT soaking rather than a more vigorous, water pressure spray. So if u like a soft soak this is great. Water drops are fat and comfortable, but I wanted more of a strong jet than this gives. Also, using the water flow regulator really reduces the amount of water u get making this less-soaky, so I tried it without the regulator and really enjoyed that soft soaking. However, it uses a lot of water, obviously!

Super great shower head! It instantly turned my shower into a spa! It was super easy to install and looks and works fantastic. The attention to detail is what I noticed the most. Even the box it came in made this seem like a super expensive splurge! It comes in a cute black bag that is meant to ensure it maintains its shine. I now use that bag for a pair of expensive shoes! :),Make sure to install the shower head and joints tight as the head is pretty heavy and can fall if not properly adjusted.

I’ve tried many shower heads but wanted to try a rainfall style. It was super easy to install and inside the box it came with the adjustable arm and plumbers tape. So I did not have to order the extra arm but I did and unfortunately that arm was crap but the one it came with was perfect! I normally like hot showers 10 minutes long. I stayed in the shower until the hot water ran out.,It has so many little rubber heads that the water flows out that it is an even pressure of water flowing onto your body making you feel immediately relaxed. I had mine tilted up at an angle instead of down flat as my boyfriend is really tall and I am short. He was skeptical of it until he tried it today too!,Best shower head you can buy! I will be purchasing another one for my 2nd bathroom!

Very nice packaging and looks very elegant. Wasn’t sure if the knobs on the brass arm were plastic, though, given their light feel, but they don’t affect the appearance.,Problem I had was the low flow. Didn’t install the water restrictor. Had tried two other shower heads of different sizes. It seems that the smaller the head, the higher the flow and more powerful the shower felt. This one is very large so the flow seemed light. Not sure that it is a defect in the actual item or not, versus a problem in my building’s water flow. Likely my building’s flow, while good for other smaller size heads, is inadequate to support such a large head as this one. But I’m not a plumber, so who knows?

The shower head is amazing. It was easy to install but you have to watch not to over tighten the head as the seal will push into the head and cause a leak. I had to remove and re install a couple times even with teflon tapeing the threads. My only other con is that the shower head dumps water out witch is nice but I feel like its wasteful. It did come with a reducer to slow water flow down but it slowed it down too much for my lieing. Other then that I love it.

I wanted a real rain like shower head for a long time until the day I got this thing, my wife gave me a big thumb saying that I made a right decision to replace the old shower head with this cool one, we really love it right after we started to use it, the reason is that the water comes out from this head is really like a pouring rain, it’s like you were showing right under the down pouring in the tropical rain forest, warm, soft and relaxing, your whole body is fully covered under it which makes the shower under it is the most happiest hour during the whole day. Of course the make is shining stainless material, the back of head is like a mirror, and the water holes in the front are all covered by rubber material which is not hurting you even you touch it, very safe design. Highly recommend!

Works great thus far. Came with a roll of Teflon tape as well, which was nice. Had a roll already, but nice for those who might not! Also came with two rubber washer spares (one extra for each connection).,Shower-head comes packaged very well and appeared shiny and undamaged. The extender arm was of similar make and quality.,Water flows through the shower-head well and creates the desired rainfall effect. The pressure is perfect in my opinion, didn’t feel like I needed to make any internal adjustments. It actually flows a bit too fast for the drain in my recently purchased condo…but that’s more a symptom of the drain than the shower-head. Point being that water flow is greater than what it replaced.

Excellent rainfall shower head. Really large 10″ shower head that provides full body coverage. Solid build, but a bit heavy. The brushed nickel looks more like chrome and goes well with my shower fixtures. The shower arm extension that comes with it doesn’t really hold the shower head that well, which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I’d recommend getting a different shower arm extension that’s made out of solid brass that can hold this large shower head.,Overall a great rainfall shower head and shower experience!

so far i’m very happy with it. it’s in a nice box, inside there a fabric bag and the shower head itself is wrapped in foam.,the body is all steel construction, so it’s very sturdy. there is no flow restrictor, but there is a mesh aerator (i’d suggest leaving that in there).,installation was pretty easy, the only thing i don’t like is the flats for a wrench only are on about 1/3 or 1/2 of the female portion so it’s difficult to get a cresent wrench on, i had to use channel locks.
