Excellent sink, looks great. The rail inside allows for a drying rack, colander and cutting board. My only beef was the cutting board: rough finish and cheap. It warped the first day. I plan to find a better board and just cut it to fit. I would recommend the sink overall.

I absolutely love this sink workstation. The best improvement in my kitchen. So neat and nice looking. It is deep enough to put a lot of dishes and not clutter the countertop. My space is limited so I am using the rack that came with sink to dry dishes. the sink’s corners are round, easy to clean. Could have better slope to drain all dirt from dishes, however it is not a big issue. I have not installed a garbage disposal since I am using fruit/vegetable cutting for a compost. Drain in the middle fills quickly and it is easy to remove and clean it. Sink comes with the rack to put it at the bottom of sink. I am not using a lot drain basket or board since the rack that can be easily folder server its purpose for my needs. It came very well protected, styrofoam and plywood at all side.

We bought this for the island in our new kitchen and basically we like it. Depth is (or will be) great for cooling bottles during parties and it makes a convenient prep area next to cooktop.,Item came very well packaged and is adequately thick”Ôébsorbing sounds will. The accessories are nice but I wonder how well the cutting board will hold up because it seems a bit brittle/frail.,The reason I knocked a star off for “value for money” is because it has already developed scratches on the bottom (after being installed only 2 weeks and being cleaned with a green, Teflon-safe scrubbing sponge). I hope this doesn’t continue, because we bought the identical double basin sink for the other side of the kitchen.

I read the reviews and thought oh… it’s not going to be that bad… well… Reviews were right!,We had the sink installed about a month ago and well it lasted about 2 weeks before we notice discoloration in the cutting board, some warping (cutting board) and now the cutting board is split. We cook a lot we thought this would be perfect for us. The other pieces are great, but the cutting board we are sad about. I wonder if the company will replace or send us another one. We would greatly appreciate it. ::wink wink::,Just noticed last week, the sink now has some scratches. The stainless steel I’ve always used never scratched so I’m not sure why.,The sink is VERY deep, great for large pots ! Hope the company can find a solution for the cutting board. Other cutting boards do not work..

Nice sink. Well packaged for shipment including plywood reinforcement in the box. Looks nice. It is a bit trickier for your stone guy (granite/quartzite etc.) to mount, no overhang front to back! Most people will not use the supplied drain basket as that will be replaced by a garbage disposal flange but I recycled that part to the laundry-room sink and it is great. One star off for the colander being too long to fit on the rails. I contacted Sarlai and they promised a replacement but that was 3 months ago so another star off. Good that they responded, bad that it was with empty promise.,Edit calling after a long delay Solari sent me a new basket and it was the perfect size. I guess they just didn’t have them hanging around and they had to wait for another production run.

All I can say is wow! I’ve been using this sink combo for over 3mo and I’m impressed. Ar one point I thought I didn’t have the strainer and reached out to the company for a replacement and they offered a free one over a few quick emails. (Excellent customer service and response!),The sink itself is a bit thinner but has not had any major dents vs the last few stainless steel sinks I’ve owned. The only thing is it does scratch easy potential due to the post processing hardness of the surface not being as hard as other sinks. ( Potentially a room for improvement, but not something I’d say is a deal breaker at this price).,Accessory wise the cutting board is a single piece of wood which might warp over time. I’d love an upgrade option, but for an accessory it gets the job done. The sink drain assembly seals didn’t seal correctly no matter how well I seated it. I ended up taking it apart and using a good amount of plumbing putty to fix a small leak I had when using the sink filled with water. The only other issue I had was the strainer holes are too small to sustain a faucet with a flow rating of 1.5gal a minute without overflowing. This was with a clean sink no debris and only got worse when I had food gunk in it. To fix it I drilled out the stainless holes for every other hole to be slightly larger. I suggest that the company redesign the hole pattern to increase flow and this issue will go away. My modified one works great for basic sink use, but could be better for heavy cooking events. Oh and a spare strainer to buy might be helpful too.

I am in love with this sink. The only reason I knocked it a star was the installation instructions are not clear and the plugs and bolts they send for mounting are horrible. Luckily I wasn’t under mounting into granite just MDF so I just put braces in the cabinet for additional support and just screwed the sink into the countertop.,But other that that as someone whose done a lot of DIY home remodels. This was perfect. Size is fantastic !

I absolutely love the sink. Such a great value and I’d purchase again. Only issue I had was the cutting board doesn’t fit so I am only able to use the drying rack and the colander. Such a bummer, customer service says they will replace the sink; its already installed. There is no way I’m having it reinstalled for a cutting board. They don’t sell the accessories separately. I will have to find something that fits.

This is indeed a beautiful sink but be sure to ask the right questions so you won’t be disappointed! Prior to purchasing this sink I did a thorough comparison and decided that this sink was a great value for the money. I loved the presentation and was especially pleased with the drain accessories that came with the sink. The sink included a basket, stopper and a sleek-looking drain cover which many of the other sinks in this quality and price range did not.,We intended to use a garbage disposal so I looked at the questions and noticed that the seller had responded to another customer saying that it included a drain for a garbage disposal. Sold! I purchased the sink and was so pleased to receive it and have my contractor install it…what a lovely sink! We were so disappointed, however-to find that we could NOT use the drain or accessories that came with the sink. We had to use the cheap, black, plastic stopper that came with it and sadly boxed up and stored the basket, stopper and drain cover as none of them worked with the 1/2 HP Insinkerator that we purchased. Had we posed the APPROPRIATE question and were told no, we had to use the drain/flange that accompanied the garbage disposal-I might have chosen a different sink, perhaps opting for one that didn’t include accessories that I’m certain I paid for and could not use…,Despite that disappointment, we are very happy with this 32″ Sarlai under-mount sink. It is large and deep, and the built-in accessories for the top lip of the sink are very unique and as described. The cutting board is dark in tone and is a good, snug fit. The drainer consists of stainless rods inserted in a rubber stripping that fits smoothly along the lip of the sink, allowing one to wash dishes and rinse them while utilizing the drainer at the same time. We get lots of use out of the basket which can be used for rinsing vegetables or defrosting meat. It’s very quiet, too as the outer walls of the sink are well-padded. It was suggested to us by our plumber that we wipe it down before initial use with a stainless cleaner and polish and to do this at least weekly if not after each use to keep the nice sheen of the sink. The screen included with the sink is so nice to have but sits about an inch from the bottom of the sink. You’d be surprised how much water one needs to use to get the level of the water above the screen of the 32″single bowl model. We use a plastic dishpan with ours when doing a small amount of dishes so as not to use quite so much water. The screen does keep the sink from scratching when washing larger, heavy items such as stove grates or pots.,Overall we are very happy with the purchase. Response from the seller was timely.

First of all. The sink. It is beautiful, heavy duty, deep. Packaged very well and impressed upon unboxing. The sink alone warrants 5 stars, however the 16 gauge and accessories are specifically why I purchased this particular sink and the accessories fall flat.,The first issue we encountered was the amazing strainer. I was so excited about this, however, we have old plumbing from the 1950’s. The drain pipe comes out of the wall quite high. We were unable to use the strainer because it would have been too low for the sink to drain. Fortunately for us, we are still able to use the sink with a box store bought strainer. But barely. If your drain comes out of the wall be sure to measure! Not the fault of the manufacturer of the sink by any means.,Once the sink was installed and we began putting in the accessories we realized the bottom rinse grid was bowed up in the middle and 4 of the feet don’t rest on the actual sink. One of the wooden handles on the colander is loose so the handle moves when you pick it up. These 2 issues are not the end of the world, but the cutting board is warped . It does not sit flat on the groove of the sink so when you use it it rocks and wobbles. It is extremely irritating when using and as I said, the accessories are the main reason I chose this sink.,I love the depth of the sink for soaking pots and so forth. The sink takes FORVER to fill. Especially when the bottom grid is in place. I love the look and the durability of the sink itself, and since I have a dishwasher I don’t foresee needing to actually fill the sink that often. The ledge where the accessories fit needs a little extra attention when wiping the sink out and cleaning.,Overall, I love the sink itself – just very disappointed with the quality of the accessories.
