Very nice packaging and looks very elegant. Wasn’t sure if the knobs on the brass arm were plastic, though, given their light feel, but they don’t affect the appearance.,Problem I had was the low flow. Didn’t install the water restrictor. Had tried two other shower heads of different sizes. It seems that the smaller the head, the higher the flow and more powerful the shower felt. This one is very large so the flow seemed light. Not sure that it is a defect in the actual item or not, versus a problem in my building’s water flow. Likely my building’s flow, while good for other smaller size heads, is inadequate to support such a large head as this one. But I’m not a plumber, so who knows?

This is what I’ve been looking for! I’ve honestly never thought about thinking of changing shower head until recently when I booked an Airbnb and they had a rain shower in their bathroom. Thank god I made the change! This thing changes your showering life! The smooth stream of water that flows down makes showers much more relaxing. The only disadvantage of having a rain shower head is that the water flows only in one area of your shower if you have a bathtub. This product was really easy to assemble and the materials seem to be high quality. I say definitely worth the purchase for such a deal!

Love, Love, Love the shower head, BUT Not the adjustable arm. We installed the arm as it said in the instructions that were included with the shower head. Tightened everything that needed to be tightened, but not to tight. Everything was great until we turned on the water and the adjustable arm failed at the first adjustable joint. We had to go out and buy a straight arm in order to not be hit on the head when we turned on the shower. Also the 11″ long arm is just to short, with the 12″ shower head and the 11″ arm it is only about 7 ” from the shower wall. So we got an 18″ straight arm and it is now perfect. We now totally love our new shower head.

So far I’m impressed. I have not installed it yet, but the instructions are one page and seem VERY user friendly. I’ll post an update after my first shower!,It’s also much bigger then I anticipated, even though the description is VERY clear «¡? I do wish the swing arm was longer. But that will be an easy 10.00 fix if it isn’t long enough for my liking.,Update! We’ve installed it (in about 15 minutes) and I’m in LOVE with it! The water falls perfectly! Not a ton of water pressure, but you don’t need it with the way the water falls evenly <3

The shower head is amazing. It was easy to install but you have to watch not to over tighten the head as the seal will push into the head and cause a leak. I had to remove and re install a couple times even with teflon tapeing the threads. My only other con is that the shower head dumps water out witch is nice but I feel like its wasteful. It did come with a reducer to slow water flow down but it slowed it down too much for my lieing. Other then that I love it.

I wanted a real rain like shower head for a long time until the day I got this thing, my wife gave me a big thumb saying that I made a right decision to replace the old shower head with this cool one, we really love it right after we started to use it, the reason is that the water comes out from this head is really like a pouring rain, it’s like you were showing right under the down pouring in the tropical rain forest, warm, soft and relaxing, your whole body is fully covered under it which makes the shower under it is the most happiest hour during the whole day. Of course the make is shining stainless material, the back of head is like a mirror, and the water holes in the front are all covered by rubber material which is not hurting you even you touch it, very safe design. Highly recommend!

Works great thus far. Came with a roll of Teflon tape as well, which was nice. Had a roll already, but nice for those who might not! Also came with two rubber washer spares (one extra for each connection).,Shower-head comes packaged very well and appeared shiny and undamaged. The extender arm was of similar make and quality.,Water flows through the shower-head well and creates the desired rainfall effect. The pressure is perfect in my opinion, didn’t feel like I needed to make any internal adjustments. It actually flows a bit too fast for the drain in my recently purchased condo…but that’s more a symptom of the drain than the shower-head. Point being that water flow is greater than what it replaced.

Excellent rainfall shower head. Really large 10″ shower head that provides full body coverage. Solid build, but a bit heavy. The brushed nickel looks more like chrome and goes well with my shower fixtures. The shower arm extension that comes with it doesn’t really hold the shower head that well, which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. I’d recommend getting a different shower arm extension that’s made out of solid brass that can hold this large shower head.,Overall a great rainfall shower head and shower experience!

The shower head itself is great. The rainy feeling when showering in it makes it an awesome experience. The only problem I faced was within installation, where the 11 inch extension kept falling down without tightening the lower part with a wrench. However, with tightening with the wrench, it stood up perfectly. If you don’t care too much about the tightening issue of the extension, then I would say it’s a pretty good product to get.

so far i’m very happy with it. it’s in a nice box, inside there a fabric bag and the shower head itself is wrapped in foam.,the body is all steel construction, so it’s very sturdy. there is no flow restrictor, but there is a mesh aerator (i’d suggest leaving that in there).,installation was pretty easy, the only thing i don’t like is the flats for a wrench only are on about 1/3 or 1/2 of the female portion so it’s difficult to get a cresent wrench on, i had to use channel locks.
