Took my plumber 30 mins to fully install with no issues. Flushes fast with just one lever. Looks modern and uses less water than a regular toilet. The lid fit, easy clean as the whole toilet is one piece and no extra accessories needed as the toilet comes all in one with the wax and seal and everything you need to install. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to replace their older toilet

I bought three of these. We immediately installed 2 and they are great. We just went to install the 3rd (our renovation was delayed) and the toilet came in without the side holes (see photos – the 2nd and 3rd photos are how it is supposed to be!) I can’t get anyone to help me. It is beyond the 30 days and though the product is clearly defective, nobody will take responsibility!

This is a great unit. Super stylish and extremely easy to clean and keep clean. I wish we had them in every bathroom in the house.
